If you’ve never seen or heard of the Tip Jar, it’s a collection of how-to videos produced by the team at Stahls’ CAD-CUT® Direct. They are constantly coming up with creative ideas on how to decorate apparel with your heat press and CAD-CUT® materials. This video shows you how to use three different cuttable materials to make a unique cheer t-shirt. CAD-CUT® Neon goes on first, CAD-CUT® GlitterFlake is used to make the sparkling cheer megaphone and then a contrasting layer of CAD-CUT® AirFlow is layered on top of the neon pink lettering to create a mesh or polka-dot look. And it’s all heat printed in a matter of minutes. AirFlow is a great choice for use on all types of sports jerseys in addition to creating fashion looks. It can also be applied on performance wear. If you don’t own a cutter, Stahls’ can custom cut the pieces you need to create this or similar looks on your own. Not all CAD-CUT materials are available in our custom cut services, but we do offer a wide variety. Currently AirFlow and GlitterFlake are only available by the yard to cut with your own cutter. Make sure you sign up to receive the Stahls’ Blog on a regular basis. Just click on the link and sign up and you’ll get email notifications whenever they come up with a new idea on apparel decorating. It’s a great resource and it’s FREE! If you have an idea that you would like see made into a video or if you need how-to information on heat printing, let me know and I’ll point you in the right direction. If we don’t already have a video on the topic, I’ll see if they can make one for you. Your comments and feedback are always welcome. Let me know what you want to know!
Ted,
Great Idea, that AirFlow has a lot of possibilities. What type of digital vinyl did you use to wrap the fusion heat press?
