More and more screen printers are discovering that Elasti Prints from Transfer Express are a time and money saving alternative for hard to print fabrics and items.

In a recent discussion with Transfer Express General Manager Jason Ziga, we spoke about the upward trend of larger quantity custom transfer orders we are fulfilling. At first we thought it was just an overall trend but Jason took a closer look and determined that the greatest increases came in sales of our Elasti Prints custom transfers. “Many screen printers and custom apparel printers are realizing that it isn’t cost efficient to screen print on performance wear and other hard to print items–especially multi-color artwork.” The fabrics can’t take the heat required in the screen printing process and the nature of the textile fibers in performance wear blends don’t always lend themselves to the rigors of the screen print process.  Elasti Prints are a time and money saving alternative. And there is no distortion or color limitations when it comes to artwork. If you have an upcoming, high volume job that requires printing on performance wear or specialty fabric, you may want to consider using Elasti Prints. We can’t mention any names, but there are many large custom apparel manufacturers that have already made the switch from screen printing to Elasti Prints when it comes to performance wear. If you would like to see and feel Elasti Prints for yourself, you can request samples from Transfer Express.

It is NOT easy to screen print on stretchy performance wear. That is why screen printers and garment manufacturers are turning to Elasti Prints from Transfer Express.
