Feeling Thankful

Thank you for choosing to do business with us in 2018 and we look forward to serving you even better in 2019.

Heading into 2019, we are all extremely thankful to be part of an industry that continues to grow and flourish. We work hard to keep your business and we know that much of your success depends on the speedy delivery and quality of our products and services. Sometimes we receive letters thanking us for going above and beyond to get an order delivered, but I wanted to share a special letter that really stood out. It is from a long time Stahls’ and Stahls’ Transfer Express customer Karen Burns of LIBER TEES and it really meant a lot to us. Here’s what she had to say:

Dear Stahls’ and Stahls’ Transfer Express:

What a Great Company!!! I opened my company, LIBER TEES Custom Imprinted Apparel on July 4th, 1993 and after 25 years, I officially retired and closed on July 4th, 2018. Stahls’ was the ONLY company I used for all my prints, lettering and machines the whole 25 years. The staff at Transfer Express was ALWAYS so helpful; helping this stressed out female business owner out of many jammed deadlines and correcting my mistakes for me. I highly recommend Stahls’ to anyone needing imprinting material. I’ve have watched them grow in so many ways. The Tech Support was outstanding when, a few years back, my old Hotronix just bit the dust in the middle of a huge important order. Tom at Hotronix support, tried his best sending me parts to fix my ole Swinger, but when that was not successful, he found me a slightly used seminar machine that I finished my last 5 years of business with. I just wanted to take the time to give you ALL a big Thank You and beyond for your outstanding service and patience with your customers. May your employees appreciate what a great “Above-Board Company” they are employed by, and know that this customer has nothing but good wishes, thoughts and compliments on my many dealings with Stahls’.

WOW. This is one of those instances where you have to say thank you for the thank you note. It is always wonderful to receive a letter with such detailed recognition and heart. This truly lifted our spirits and made everyone realize just how important our jobs are. We reached out to Karen to thank her for writing such a lovely note. We also wanted to ask her if she had any advice for companies right now who are in the process of building their businesses. She gave us an overview of how she grew her business, shared stories about being the only custom apparel business in a small town and shared a few tips. It was such a fantastic conversation and I plan to share it all with you very soon. But for now, I just want to say thank you Karen Burns for being such a loyal Stahls’ customer. And thank you for taking the time to share your enthusiasm for our dedicated team members with us. We wish you the best of luck in your retirement and we hope you stay in touch.
