Heat Printing Continues to Impress

There was a lot of excitement at the Stahls' Asia booth at a recent trade show in Malaysia.

Brian Baker shows visitors how easy it is to decorate apparel using CAD-CUT materials at a recent trade show in Malaysia.

The excitement over CAD-CUT materials as an apparel decoration method is growing all over the world. Recently, at the KL International Gifts Premium & Stationery Fair, which took place May 17-19, 2016  in Malaysia, custom garment manufacturers wanted to learn all they could about Stahls’ TEK™ product line, which is specifically engineered for sportswear and performance apparel. Everyone was impressed by the incredible stretch and rebound, light weight and ultra-soft hand the heat transfer materials provide. If you have not tried the Stahls’ TEK line, its success is due to our patented STiX2™ adhesive, and the heat transfer films can be applied to virtually any fabric, from cotton and polyester to harder-to-decorate fabrics like Lycra®/spandex and nylon. Plus, the low application temperature helps avoid scorching of heat-sensitive high-performance fabrics. According to Brian Baker, there was also a lot of focus on the Hotronix Dual Air Fusion at the show. “The only other heat press machines on display were manufactured in Asia and they featured only clam-style presses; no air-operated models and nothing as multi-functional and production oriented as the Hotronix Dual Air Fusion.” Our educational presentations were also very well received and attracted a lot of attention for Stahls’ Asia. Congratulations and thanks to everyone who helped make the show a success.

The Hotronix Dual Air Fusion was the only air-operated, high volume heat press on display at the show in Malaysia.
