At a recent GroupeSTAHL marketing meeting we had participants work with transfers, CAD-CUT materials, glitter and more in a friendly in-house competition to create the best looking T-shirt. In case you were wondering, Atlantic City wasn’t washed away by Hurricane Sandy, even if the December 2012 storm did force casinos to close for an unprecedented 5 days. That was months ago though and from where I’m standing now, about to go into the convention center to check on the booth set-up progress for tomorrow’s opening day at the ISS, all is well. And although there is a 60% chance of rain on Friday, it’s supposed to be sunny and warm on Saturday. You won’t care so much about the weather when you are inside at the show, where we will be heating things up on the indoor “boardwalk.” Stop by and say hello at the Bada Bling T-Shirt Shoppe, Booth 600-601, where you can create your own custom t-shirt with our state of the art heat presses. Even if you make custom shirts for a living, how often do you actually make a shirt for yourself?
