How Small Can You Cut HTV?

Shirley Moore shared this on our Facebook page: I have to boast for a moment…because I’m so pumped I did this on the first try…the white is premium plus HTV and the red is fashion film HTV. This was cut on my NEW GRAPHTEC CE6000 from Stahls….ah – mazing 😁…this TINY customer was very happy! Thank you so much for all you do!

We are often asked, how small of a design can you cut using heat transfer vinyl. Each CAD-CUT heat transfer vinyl material has its own set of specifications and some are easier to weed than others, which make them more appropriate for smaller designs. We do recommend CAD-CUT Fashion Film heat transfer material for smaller, more detailed logos. Custom garment specialist Shirley Moore shared a photo of a very small transfer she created using CAD-CUT heat transfer vinyl on our Stahls’ All Things Heat Printing Facebook page (follow us on this page, people share great ideas). It goes to show you the detail and precision you can achieve with heat transfer vinyl, even if your artwork is as small as 1 inch in length. Here’s what she said:
