How to Print on Sublimated Jerseys

Yesterday I received a comment on an older blog post (How to Avoid Heat Marks on Polyester) about the correct type of heat print graphic to use to add logos, names and numbers to fully sublimated baseball jerseys. Stahls’ does carry full “sub-blocking” materials, such  as CAD-COLOR Sub Block, which  is a full color printable heat transfer material specifically designed for blocking dye migration. Black or navy  Thermo-FILM is also a good sub-blocking option if that will work for you. You may want to watch the video below, which I have featured previously, in order to understand the difference between sublimated jerseys and dye migration on polyester shirts. As always, the heat printing experts at Stahls’ are more than happy to answer your questions and help you find the right heat transfer material to use for any job. 800-4-STAHLS
