New All-Purpose CAD-CUT UltraWeed

If you’re looking for an all purpose, easy to use heat transfer vinyl that applies at low temps and has a matte finish, CAD-CUT UltraWeed is the answer.

On May 1st, we unveiled our new all-purpose CAD-CUT UltraWeed heat transfer vinyl during a live online event. It was really great to see and hear all your enthusiasm. Thank you to everyone who tuned in and thank you for placing your first orders. As Josh mentioned during the launch, this new heat transfer vinyl is MADE IN THE USA and it’s designed for use with all cutters.  UltraWeed offers frustration-free cutting, weeding and fast and easy heat application. As he said in the webinar, “Now you can stock ONE heat transfer vinyl material for nearly every fabric without compromising feel, finish, production or price.” It’s excellent for basic one-color prints, and is also “layerable,” which means it can be used to create multi-layer, multi-color designs. It’s a hot-peel heat transfer vinyl that provides a clean matte finish. The feature got the biggest response (second only to the fact that it’s MADE IN THE USA) from the online participants, was –the “no-scorching.”

NO SCORCHING

We understand that scorching can be a real problem when heat printing and we engineered CAD-CUT UltraWeed specifically to apply at low temperatures. You can apply it as low as 260 degrees. This makes it idea for use on tri-blends, polyesters, cotton/poly blends and even Lycra/Spandex. Right now, CAD-CUT UltraWeed is available in 30 colors, including metallics, which are priced at the same level as standard colors. We are planning on adding new colors to the line in the very near future. UltraWeed can be ordered in 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50-yard rolls with a 15” width.

ALSO FOR CUSTOM SERVICES

You can also specify UltraWeed as a material choice when ordering Pre-Cuts, Pre-Spaced Player Names and Numbers, and all custom cutting services available from Stahls’.
