This photo was taken last week at the Detroit Arsenal of Democracy. John Lind (left) is the founder of the Detroit Arsenal of Democracy. Mary and I are holding a copy of the check donated to the Wounded Warrior Project. The funds were raised at the Stahls Automotive Museum Veterans Day 2014 event and the Stahl family matched all the donations. The Detroit Arsenal of Democracy also displayed many of their vintage military vehicles at the November event. If you’re in the Detroit area, put this event on your calendar for next Veterans Day!
Thank you to everyone who attended the Veterans Day Event 2014 that was held at the Stahls Automotive Museum back in November. The event was open free to the public, but we also collected donations for the Wounded Warrior Project. We were very proud to be be able to present the Wounded Warrior Project with a check for $22,000 after matching the funds raised. Thank you to John at the Detroit Arsenal of Democracy for bringing your fantastic military vehicles to display during the November event.

Congratulations to you, Mary and the Stahls family for supporting the Wounded Warriors Project. Although I’m not of the States I’m quite familiar with their endeavors. Continue with all the good that you do.
