A Recent Visit to Stahls’ Asia
Mary and I recently had the opportunity to celebrate the opening of a new facility for Stahls’ Asia, located in Chaeonan, Korea, and meet our outstanding team members, led by General Manager Mr. Lee. Stahls’ Asia serves customers throughout Asia, Australia and India.
New Warehouse and Showroom
They now have a new warehouse, customer showroom and customer service offices. Thomas Karr, CEO of GroupeSTAHL International, was also on hand. Thomas has been instrumental in growing our business throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. Needless to say he does a lot of traveling. He recently told me he had to get a passport with additional pages!

Here are some observations about our trip:
Our team members at Stahls’ Asia speak English perfectly, (as well as multiple other languages) and have a very high level of product knowledge, as well as an in-depth understanding of the needs of their customers.
They have great energy and passion they have for helping businesses grow with heat printing. The presentation they shared with us was very educational. Our Stahls’ Asia team is well known for their excellent customer service throughout the industry, and we can see why.
In addition, we had the pleasure of enjoying an authentic Korean meal with our team. Our chopstick skills were put to the test, and we learned that rice, soup and kimchi (Korean-style pickled vegetables) are served at virtually every meal. All the food we tried was fresh and delicious.
We truly enjoyed our authentic Korean meal with the Stahls’ Asia team.
Overall, the new Stahls’ Asia facilities are fabulous. The team was able to accomplish so much in such a short time period, opening the new facility in just about a year after breaking ground. The new customer showroom has a very warm and friendly appearance, with warm wood walls surrounding a presentation of our Hotronix heat presses. Surely our Korean customers will feel at home when visiting.
The new showroom is open and ready to great customers.
Mary and I would like to thank everyone who helped make our journey and our time in Korea a wonderful and welcoming experience. We look forward to seeing you all again in the near future.
