After enduring flash flood warnings on Friday, the rain let up and all Spirit of Stahls teams got off to a fantastic start on day 1 of the Great Race 2015. We departed Kirkwood, Missouri, where there were huge crowds to see us all off. We are always amazed at the number of classic car fans that come out to see the racers. It’s a high energy scene that all the racers really appreciate. After departing at 10am, we arrived in downtown Rolla, Missouri for lunch. From there we headed to Springfield, Missouri for our first overnight. We’re on the way!
