Adidas was set up for heat printing on demand at the recent NBA All-Star 2015 event and once again, heat printing experts from Stahls’ Decoration Fulfillment Center were on hand to advise and help out. In addition to choosing from an East or West jersey, fans had a choice of customizing with up to three different patches and this year the jersey featured a first and last name (that’s a trend to watch out for!) Thanks to CAD-CUT pre-spaced names, production speed was able to keep up with demand. Names were cut in CAD-CUT Thermo-FILM. Our ordering Kiosk system assured accurate spelling of the names and Cadworxlive ran the cutters. When the customer order was completed, customers were notified by an email or message that the jersey was ready for pick up. Check out the tweet sent by @DarrenRovell, a sports business analyst who works for ESPN. Yes, thanks to heat printing jerseys were ready for pick up in as fast as 15 minutes. And as you can see in the photos, Stahls’ Hotronix Fusion heat presses also made the all star lineup.
