Athletic venues at UCLA and USC were used to host many of the events during the Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles

The 2015 Special Olympics in Los Angeles is finishing up this weekend and by all accounts it was an enormous success. With over 7,000 athletes, 3,000 coaches, 77 countries represented, 30,000 volunteers and over 500,000 spectators, it’s the largest event hosted in Los Angeles since the 1984 Olympics were in town. We just wanted to congratulate all the participants and thank them for being such an inspiration. Stahls’ Decorating Fulfillment Center in Masontown, Pennsylvania feels especially connected to the games since they have been fulfilling orders for Special Olympic World Games merchandise for the past 14 months. Dave Wheatley was able to attend the games and shared a few photos with us.
