Stahls’ Doors Open in San Antonio

Last Thursday, Oct 30, we were happy to meet and greet hundreds of visitors to our new San Antonio sales and education office.  In addition to getting a tour and some delicious BBQ, guests had the opportunity to learn about eight decorating processes and techniques as well as see the latest in San Mar’s line of blank apparel. They also had access to tons of samples and got to see equipment in action. Many brought their own artwork on a drive and we were able to help them make a custom shirt on the spot using a variety of different technologies. Whether you are interested in Roland or GCC vinyl cutters and printer/cutters; the Epson SureColor® F2000 digital direct-to-garment printer, or learning how to apply Glitter Flake™ Rip-Away Appliqué™ on caps or shirts, our experts are on hand to show you how. Participants also had their name entered in a drawing for $100 product credit or 10% off a Hotronix heat press purchase. Visitors to Stahls’ San Antonio Open House got to see a gorgeous display of black shirts printed with the Epson Surecolor F2000 digital direct to garment printer, the full lineup of Great Dane Graphics stock art books and CutUps vector artwork, and check out the latest catalog of 7,000 stock transfer designs from The Wild Side.

Attendees had a chance to get great ideas on innovative new ways to do lettering and numbering by checking out the Any Word. Any Way. Display. There were dozens of examples mounted on the wall as well as actual garment samples to browse. Staff were on hand to answer questions and explain how techniques were done.

These lovely ladies are from Creative Screen Printing, Three Rivers Texas. From the left is Denise Garcia, Missy Herring, and Leah Herring. According to Garcia, they often make up special shirts for a holiday or a local school event to wear in the store to boost sales.

Stahls’ San Antonio Open House on Oct. 30 was well attended. Customers had an opportunity to visit different stations each with a different decorating process or technique and learn about the latest equipment and materials to create cutting-edge looks and special effects.

Two reps from San Mar were on hand to discuss the distributor’s latest styles for 2015 and answer any questions about style or construction.

Guests were treated to a barbeque feast of turkey, pulled pork and brisket with all the fixings while attending the Stahls’ San Antonio open house.
