The Importance of Communication

Jan Starr gets the crowd fired up at the Town Hall meeting at Stahls’ Hotronix.

Communication is one of our core family values at all GroupeSTAHL companies. In order to share information on goals and accomplishments, we have a schedule of Town Hall style meetings. Approximately 20 meetings are necessary in order to make sure all shifts at all locations can attend. The meetings usually include a breakfast or lunch, as well as a multi-media presentation covering new products, expansion news, customers we are serving and much more. Each meeting is about an hour long. On Aug 21 we kicked off the 2019 Town Hall schedule with a stop at Hotronix and then our Decorating Fulfillment Center location.  These meetings always reinforce that our family culture is truly unique. The managers at each location also have the chance to share some inside jokes and good humor. We hope we can continue to inspire everyone to know that they are part of a company that values and supports team members at all locations.
