Are you looking for fast, easy ways to number jerseys for teams? Stahls’ has been helping people add numbers and names to shirts for over 90 years.
In fact, you could even say our business is built on numbers and letters.
All you need is a heat press and your choice of the following:
1. STAHLS’ PRE-CUT or DIE-CUT: Stahls’ has the world’s largest selection of pre-cut/die-cut numbers and letters in packs, convenient kits or team sets for a lower cost. You simply layout the names and numbers, cover with a cover sheet and heat press. You can choose from classic, old-school styles like Varsity or Pro Block or take a look at the trendy and modern number styles Stahls’ offers. We even have perforated number styles for your mesh jerseys.
And speaking of colors, we have every color you could possibly need. Including high end metallic looks like the pros use.
Heat Printing is the Easiest Way
Adding names and numbers is easy. Just arrange on your garment and heat apply. Layout guides and templates are available for proper alignment. Numbers are available in the most popular styles and sizes, in both one and two-color styles. Thermo-FILM® is the world’s most popular athletic numbering material, offering excellent opacity, wash ability and durability. When applied properly, they don’t peel, chip or flake off—ever!
2. PRE-SPACED PLAYER NAMES and NUMBERS:
We offer pre-spaced player names and numbers as a service called Player Perfect®. This allows you to take care of both numbers and player names at the same time. They are pre-spaced player names and heat transfer numbers. They come on one sheet, you simply heat press on the shirt.
PLUS: There is also the option of ordering just the player names from Stahls’. We call this pre-spaced text. Which you can then combine with pre-cut numbers.
3. CUT IT YOURSELF: If you have a vinyl cutter and a heat press, you can use CAD-CUT heat transfer vinyls designed for use on garments. Cutting your own player names is very cost effective and can be done for around .30 cents per name, depending on the size of the lettering and type of HTV used. Alternatively, you may choose to cut your own names but use Stahls’ pre-cuts for the numbers. There are many ways to make it work.
