I talked about this wet-look trend at the beginning of the year, and you have most likely seen it on jerseys everywhere. This new cuttable SuperTEK Clear Gloss can be used by anyone with a vinyl cutter and a heat press. It can also be used in the world of print/cut, with an eco-solvent printer/cutter. But we wanted to show you how to use it with a vinyl cutter as well. A few weeks ago, Matt DeLaere wrote a very informative blog post for Stahls’ ID Blog explaining some additional applications. And as you’ll see in the video below by Josh Ellsworth, there are interesting opportunities for applying the wet look to fabrics or other films with the gloss, or achieving a laser etched look with the matte.
