How to Win a Heat Press Scholarship
When the Stahl Family Small Business Fund launched the Pure Imagination Scholarship program last year, we underestimated the response. The Pure Imagination Scholarship program is a heat press scholarship program. (The Stahl Family Small Business Fund Scholarship is open to registered accounts or new users in the continental US who’ve not purchased from a GroupeSTAHL company. Only one entry allowed per person or business.) The response to the program is outstanding. Every month, the numbers of entrepreneur applicants continues to grow. Thank you to everyone who has applied or plans to apply.
Bump in Michigan Responses
For example, after a recent local television news segment, we saw a big bump in applicants from Michigan. In fact, each time a local news program covers a winner in a city, we see similar bumps.
What is the Pure Imagination Scholarship Program?
In a nutshell, the Pure Imagination Scholarship is our way of supporting entrepreneurs. Each scholarship winner receives a heat press, start up materials, a marketing kit and one-year of personalized coaching from our team of custom garment experts. We will give away 21 heat presses in 2021. On May 10th (originally scheduled for May 3rd) we will announce the latest winners. It is too late to apply for this round. The next deadlines to apply are June 30, and September 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST.
How Do We Select Winners?
First of all, the Stahl Family Small Business Fund team reviews each application carefully. Finalists are contacted and asked to create a video. The scholarship selection team is a diverse committee. In addition, it includes existing Stahls’ and Stahls Transfer Express customers. Some of the selection team members are industry influencers. This means it is an equitable selection process. In addition, winners have direct access to a community of business owners to offer support.
