We’ve been talking about this new service of Pre-Spaced SimStitch on social media this past week and many of you have chimed in to say how much you like it. Thank you to those who even sent us photos of your latest jobs. We really appreciate seeing your creativity. If you haven’t been following along, now anyone can get the look of sewn twill player names and numbers with Pre-Spaced SimStitch®. You could always get this product in the past, but you would have to individually layout the names and numbers. To eliminate that step, Josh Ellsworth shows you how easy it is to get professional “sewn-twill” looks using only your heat press. Choose from straight or arched layouts. Send us your team roster, we’ll create the custom Player Names for you and all you do is heat apply. It’s perfect for split-front baseball shirts and Josh even shows you how to use your heat press to print a split-front jersey. Now you can get the look of sewn twill appliqué with pre-aligned Stahls’ SimStitch®. The poly twill graphics have laser-etched, simulated stitches which give the appearance of a zig-zag stitch. Please keep in mind that these SimStitch offerings are NOT pre-sewn. This new SimStitch is laser cut with a simulated zig-zag stitch – and gives the look of embroidery. The names will come on a clear carrier that make them a breeze to position and press. This short video shows you how it works. Here’s a video of Josh showing you how to save time and create great looking uniforms featuring Pre-Spaced SimStitch.
