Working to Find Customer Solutions

If it's Tuesday, I must be in Masontown, Pennsylvania. Very glad I was able to participate in this group brainstorming and training meeting where we shared experiences and discussed various ways to help our entrepreneurial customers grow their businesses.

I’m really glad the weather on the East coast didn’t keep me from getting to Masontown, Pennsylvannia late Monday evening. This gave me the opportunity to have dinner with a phenomenal bunch of GroupeSTAHL team members, as well as join in their meeting on Tuesday. For the past couple of days, this group spent considerable time discussing decorating processes, products and shop types to better understand the unique challenges for decorators of all sizes. According to Josh Ellsworth, who helped coordinate the meeting, “The end goal is to better understand each decorator and work with them as a partner in business. We want to present entrepreneurs a recommendation unique to their goals and objectives, not specific to our products.” Yes you heard that correctly. We truly want to see you succeed in 2015 and we know we can do a better job helping you find the right way to tackle any custom job.
