2019 ASI Counselor Awards

Very proud to accept the award for Supplier Family Business of the Year at the 2019 ASI Counselor Awards. Tim Andrews, CEO of ASI and Ted Stahl

Stahls’ recently had the honor of being recognized as the Supplier Family Business of the Year at the 2019 ASI Counselor Awards that were presented in Chicago on July 10.  I was able to accept the award on behalf of the Stahl family and the GroupeSTAHL family of companies. It was very special and we would like to thank everyone at ASI, including the Cohn family, for this industry recognition. It is especially meaningful since we truly consider all our team members around the world as part of the GroupeSTAHL family. I know our parents, Ernie and Ricki Stahl, as well as grandfather AC Stahl who founded the company in 1932, would be thrilled to see how far we have come. It’s hard to believe my mother and father operated the business out of their garage at one point. We wouldn’t be here without the help and hard work of many people, including my brother Brian and my wife Mary. Today we have 4th generation Stahl family members Brett, Dan and Erin also involved. We will always continue to make sure all our team members know that they are our most important asset and that we would have never come this far without the dedication and support of so many. This award is for all of us, whether or not your last name is Stahl. Thank you to everyone who works hard everyday to provide our customers with the best possible solutions for their businesses. And thank you again to Tim Andrews, CEO of ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute), Michele Bell, Stephanie Cohn, Matt Cohn and Norman and Suzanne Cohn for the tremendous honor. You really know how to throw a party by the way. It was just fantastic. Congratulations to all the award winners.

ASI Chairman Norman Cohn, his wife Suzanne and granddaughter announce the award.
