Face to Face Business Still Important

Kirk Vital stopped by to tell me he is a big fan of heat printing and has been using our products for many years. Good to meet you Kirk and good luck with your business!

Although I am a big fan of online ordering, websites, webinars and the internet in general, there is still nothing that beats face to face interaction with customers. You are my best source for ideas and I need to hear what you’re doing and how you’re doing. And whether you think we should be doing anything differently or if you have an idea for a new product or service. This is why I try to make it to as many trade shows as possible, and speak to as many people as possible while I’m there.  At the recent SGIAExpo in New Orleans, I had the chance to chat and visit with many customers. Some were old friends, others I met for the first time. Kirk Vital, who is pictured here, attended several of the educational seminars we presented in the Heat Printing Zone on the show floor. He has been heat printing for a long time but got out of the business for a while. His customers have been begging for him to start offering custom garments again and he and his wife came to the SGIA to catch up on the latest trends. That’s one thing it seems everyone I spoke with had in common–they were serious business people looking for ways to please their customers. If you weren’t able to make it to New Orleans, and I know a lot of you weren’t, I want you to know that you can always communicate with me personally, either a comment on this blog or by submitting a comment to my new web page dedicated specifically to your feedback, www.telltedstahl.com. I’m just trying to make it as easy as possible for you to talk with me. It would be great to meet all of you face to face, but since that probably isn’t going to happen, let’s do the next best thing.

Someone will confirm the correct address on your account. Sorry for the inconvenience. Stahls’ ID Direct no longer carries pressure sensitive sign vinyl but you can purchase it at Imprintables Warehouse. http://www.imprintables.com
